We come to your site and fix it there.
There's no gate here
Sam's Town KOA is the easiest park in the valley for us to reach. No guard, no code, no list, no one to call ahead.
You give us your site number and we drive straight to you.
If you've dealt with mobile techs elsewhere in Las Vegas, you'll know that isn't always how it goes — most of the resorts run a gate and some of them are particular about who comes through. Not here. It's one less thing between you and a working refrigerator.
What we fix
Everything on the “house side” of the rig — the parts that make it somewhere you can actually stay:
- Air conditioning — blowing warm, tripping the breaker, short-cycling. In summer these go to the front of the line
- Refrigerators — absorption and residential
- Water heaters and furnaces
- Plumbing — pumps, tanks, leaks, toilets
- 12V and 120V electrical — inverters, converters, batteries
- Propane systems — Nevada state certified, which few mobile techs are
- Slides, leveling and awnings
What we don't do is engines, brakes, tires or dash air. That's chassis work and we're not the right call — though we'll point you to a shop we trust.
Being broken down away from home is different
At home, a dead water heater is an annoyance you get to on Saturday. On a trip it's the reason you're sitting in a hot rig wondering whether to cut the week short.
Two things that matter when you're traveling:
We'll give you a straight timeline. If we can be there tomorrow, we'll say tomorrow. If it's going to be three days because a part has to come in, you'll hear that too — while you can still make a decision about it, rather than after you've waited.
Repair or replace gets an honest answer. If a fifteen-year-old rooftop unit needs a compressor, we'll tell you it isn't worth the money even though replacement isn't the invoice we'd rather write.
Common questions
How soon can you get here?
Often same or next day. In peak summer we can't promise same-day, and rigs with no working A/C go first. Call and we'll tell you honestly where you sit.
We're pulling out in two days. Is it worth calling?
Yes — tell us your departure when you call and we'll say straight away whether we can make it. Better you know now than after you've waited on us.
Do I need to be at the RV?
It helps, but not always. If you can describe the problem and we can get to the rig, plenty of jobs get done while you're out.
How does payment work?
Payment is due at the time of service. Full service policies →
Do you work on the engine?
No — house side only. Everything in the living space. For engine, brakes or tires we'll refer you on.
