Mobile RV Repair at Oasis RV Resort

The A/C quit, or the refrigerator did, and you're at a resort with nine hundred sites and no repair shop.

We're an approved vendor here and we're on the property most weeks. Give us your site number and we'll come to you.

Getting to you

Simple. We pull up to the gate, security sees the truck and the logo, and they wave us through — we're an approved vendor and they know the vehicle.

Nothing needed from you. No code to pass along, no calling the office ahead of time, no meeting us at the entrance. Just tell us your site number when you call.

Here for one night, or here for the season

Oasis RV Resort runs about half and half, and the two situations call for different things from us.

If you're pulling out tomorrow, say so when you call. We get “I'm here one night and the A/C is dead” calls from this resort more than anywhere else in the valley, and we'll tell you straight away whether we can make your departure. If we can't, you'll know while you can still plan around it.

If you're here for the season, there's no rush and there's room to do it properly — including the things you've been meaning to get to rather than only the thing that just broke.

What we see here

Nine hundred sites, every kind of rig, and we're on the property most weeks — so there isn't much we haven't run into at this resort. The common ones:

  • Air conditioning — blowing warm, tripping the breaker, short-cycling. All summer, every summer. No-A/C calls go to the front of the line
  • Refrigerators — absorption and residential both
  • Water heaters — gas, electric, and gas/electric
  • Plumbing — pumps, tanks, leaks, toilets
  • Electrical — 12V and 120V, inverters, converters, batteries
  • Propane systems — Nevada state certified, which few mobile techs are
  • Slides, leveling and awnings — more of this on rigs that have been parked a while

Engines, brakes, tires and dash air are chassis work and we don't do them — but call anyway and we'll point you to a shop we trust.

Common questions

How fast can you get here?

Often same or next day. In peak summer we can't promise same-day — rigs with no working A/C go first, along with anyone who can't pack up and leave.

I'm leaving in two days. Worth calling?

Yes, and tell us the departure when you call. We'd rather say “we can't make that” up front than have you wait on us and lose the day.

Do I need to be at the rig?

Not always. If we can get to it and you can describe the problem, plenty of jobs get done while you're out.

How does pricing work?

A flat service call fee to come to you, plus hourly labor — both quoted before we start, and nothing gets done without your approval. Call or text and we'll quote it in about two minutes.

Do you work on the engine?

No — house side only. Everything that makes the rig livable.
