Something's not running the way it should, and you'd rather not move the rig to find out why. Give us a call and we'll come to your site.
One thing we need from you
The gate here is properly run, and it means one small step on your end:
Call the office and tell them we're coming. Once you've done that, the guard verifies who we are and where we're headed, and we're through. They hand us a map of the property and a tag with your site number and name — every visit, without fail. They're genuinely good about it.
Without that call ahead, we don't get in. It's thirty seconds on your side and it's the difference between us reaching you and us sitting at the entrance.
What we work on here
Most of the customers at this resort are long-term, which shapes what we get called for. Rigs that sit in one spot develop different problems than rigs that travel — and when you're living in it, a failure isn't an inconvenience, it's your house.
The regulars:
- Air conditioning — the summer call, every year. Rooftop units run near-continuously here and duty cycle is what kills them
- Refrigerators — absorption and residential
- Water heaters and furnaces
- Plumbing — pumps, tanks, leaks, toilets, seals that dry out in desert air
- Electrical — 12V and 120V, inverters, converters, batteries
- Propane systems — Nevada state certified
- Slides, leveling and awnings — mechanisms that don't cycle for months stop cycling
Engines, brakes, tires and dash air are chassis work. Not us — but call and we'll point you to a shop we trust.
Common questions
Do I really have to call the office?
Yes. The park won't let us past the gate otherwise. Call us first, then let them know we're on the way.
How soon can you get here?
Often same or next day. In peak summer, no-A/C calls go first.
Do I need to be at the rig?
Not always — if we can get access and you can describe the problem, a lot of work gets done while you're out. Worth mentioning when you call.
How does pricing work?
A flat service call fee to come to you, plus hourly labor. Both quoted before we start, nothing done without your approval. We'll quote your job in about two minutes on the phone.
Do you do warranty work?
Often, and usually at your site instead of a dealer's lot. How warranty work goes →
