At TekRV LLC we strive for excellence in execution.  It’s our goal to service your RV with the following company policy:

1. Payment is due at the time of service.  No exceptions.
2. We accept cash, PayPal, CashAp, Zelle, Venmo and Credit/Debit Card.  For Credit/Debit cards there is a 4% transaction fee.  IF you pay with one of the aforementioned apps, and they charge a fee, then you are responsible to pay that additional fee.
3. Labor – We warranty our labor for a period of 30 days provided the RV is in the same location as the service that was performed.  Please understand that once the RV has been moved, elements outside of our control can and do occur potentially causing issues with your RV
4. Parts – we do NOT warranty parts, rather we support the warranty of any part from the original equipment manufacturer of that part
5. We do not warranty any parts OR labor on customer provided parts
6. For any part orders above $100 we require a deposit, in full, of the price of that part before we order the part.  There are no refunds on parts orders once the order has been placed.
7. If you want us to provided services and you have a warranty of any kind to pay for some or all of that service, please know that not all warranty companies pay for all of our services.  In many cases those companies do not pay for the service call fee, or shipping of a part for example, and your chosen deductible.  For any services that are not covered by your warranty, you are responsible for payment at the time of service.
